Sometimes it just happens so that you need to return or exchange your item. You might have chosen the wrong size or you've changed your mind. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Lana Lik, so we aim to make any returns/exchanges as easy as possible! However, please make sure you understand our rules before you proceed.
We except returns up to 7 days after your purchase. But please inform us within 3 days upon receipt of your item that you wish to exchange it, and we will guide you through the process. You will still have 7 days (from the original delivery date) to send it back to us.
It is sufficient to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the return period has expired. You can do so by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Kindly make sure the clothing you're wishing to return has no signs of being worn/used: it has no stains, makeup marks, it has not been washed. Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
We will inspect all goods after we receive them in our warehouse. Please note that in peak times we may need up to 10 working days to inspect your order. Should the order be eligible for the refund, the monies will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error from our side with the order (in this case we will cover the cost of the standard shipping via Registered Mail from your country up to USD 25).
Sorry but we don't provide returns on Sale and Clearance Items. It is very important that you make an informed decision before you purchase these.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return items to us. Until the items arrive back at our facility they are your responsibility, and if they are lost in transit, you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your postal service.
Should you wish to return the entire order, note that all complementary items received with your order must be returned, too.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
1. Custom-made items: In case your item was altered or custom-made as per your measurements, unfortunately, we can not accept it back since we will not be able to sell it again;
2. Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error;
3. Any item that is posted more than 7 days after delivery.
We recommend double checking our sizing charts before confirming your order, or if you are unsure about your size please contact one of our friendly staff for assistance to help make sure you receive the correct size.
REJECTED PARCELS AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
- Please be informed that receipt of the packages is the customer's responsibility.
In the event the customer refuses to receive the parcel, fails to collect the parcel from the courier or fails to respond to the calls and emails from the courier and our customer service team, the parcel will be shipped back to us.
Should this be the case, LanaLik will deduct the following expenses from the order amount: original shipping fees (both ways), any taxes and duties imposed by the origin and destination countries. LanaLik will then issue the refund of the remaining amount to the original mode of payment.
