❀ Do you have a physical store? Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?
Sorry but we don't have a physical store at the moment. Lanalik.com is an online shopping website. All our products are manufactured at our partner production facility and then stored at our warehouse facility awaiting shipping. Unfortunately, these facilities are not open to customers. However, if it happened that your item doesn't fit or you're unhappy with it, please let us know and we will do our best to exchange it for a different size or store credit.
❀ I need my items urgently, it is possible?
Our production lead time is up to 14 business days depending on season and workload. All orders are manufactured strictly in a first-come first-served fashion because we want to be fair to all our customers. We also urge our customers to order well in advance to make sure you have your garment on time. If you have doubts as to when your order will be shipped, please don't hesitate to drop us an email at email@example.com or reach out via Facebook.
❀ What is your Return Policy?
We strive to make all our customers 100% happy with all their purchases from Lana Lik Clothing so we accept returns on almost all items purchased through our Online Store within 7 days from date of purchase. So if you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange! ❀ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! And it is FREE on all orders! We ship to the most countries of the world with the exception where it is restricted due to the UAE laws and regulations. You can find more details on our Delivery Information page.
❀ How do you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped after we complete the production which may take up to 14 business days and depends on the season and current workload. Our shipments are handled by 2 reliable companies:
- Empost/DHL (door-to-door courier service) handles GCC region and delivers within 2-3 days;
- EMS Mumtaz Post which covers rest of countries and delivers within 5-7 working days.
Please note that to offer the top level of customer service and security, ALL shipments require signature on receipt.
❀ Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the nature of our operations, we will not be able to cancel or change your order if the manufacturing has already started. Nonetheless, we will consider changes if you contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
❀ What happens if my package is missing during transit?
It is highly unlikely that the shipment will go missing. 100% of our shipments are sent with tracking. However, there always are circumstances beyond our control which may occur on the courier's side. Slight delays may also occur due to the high-season or load of the couriers. If you have a concern that the package may have gone missing, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Facebook and we'll take it from there.
❀ On my tracking page I see the status "Returned to Sender". What does it mean?
Receipt of the packages is solely the customer's responsibility. If you failed or refused to receive the parcel, it will be shipped back to us. We reserve the right to deduct all (both ways) original shipping fees (those fees which the courier charged us), duties and taxes (if any). The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address including your post code as parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
❀ How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards only.
❀ Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
We don't accept Cash on Delivery due to the nature of our production. Each garment is manufactured to order so that we can make sure you receive it in the size and length which suits you. Therefore, the order is manufactured personally for you and, hence, should be fully-prepaid. Moreover, Cash on Delivery option will make it impossible for us to process Returns and Refunds should a problem with your order occur.
❀ I want to purchase but I'm not sure about my size. Please help!
To save time and make sure you receive what you want, we highly recommend to contact our friendly customer service in order to get some help with determining your size. You can do so by emailing at email@example.com or by sending a Facebook message. You can also simply mention your true body measurements in the "Notes/Instructions" field in your cart while placing the order.
